This wine is made from 100% Mourvèdre grapes, left on the skins for three or four hours.

WINEMAKER’S COMMENTS

Characteristically delicate salmon color, with an explosion of candyfloss, red currants, and Turkish delight on the nose.

AGEING POTENTIAL: 1 or 2 years.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Salmon, sushi, beetroot salad
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6 to 8˚C
