Most of our products will ship within one to two days of your order, and then take up to one to seven days to reach your doorstep. If products take longer than one to seven days to be delivered, it will be stated in the product description.
What's your return policy?
Contact us for a full refund on support@ihouzit.com for a return or damaged product.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us on support@ihouzit.com, and we’ll give you a refund.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are only selling online. We operate from South Africa with 99% of our suppliers as well.
