Shipping policy
- iHouzit’s methods of delivery of products to you are either via third-party courier services or as indicated on the product page. We will confirm the delivery period by way of message notification to you either by e-mail or an electronic data message or voice message or call once the order was placed.
- Our delivery charges are subject to change at any time, without prior notice to you. You will see the applicable delivery charges in your cart when you check out.
- For South Africa, A standard delivery fee of R99 per order is charged at checkout. For large and heavy products, such as furniture, a specific delivery cost will be charged on the product page.
- For countries outside of South Africa, Please contact us by emailing support@ihouzit.com. We will provide you with a custom quote from DHL Express.
- When it accepts your order, iHouzit or the Third-party Seller will process your requests for Products and/or Services within 2 (two) to 10 (ten) days, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment, unless the parties agreed otherwise (“Delivery Period”). Delivery will be confirmed as per the communicated timelines on the Products and Services information listing, subject to availability. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Products and/or Services during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification, elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Products and/or If you elect to cancel your order, we will refund you any payment within 30 days after the date of such notification.
- iHouzit’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order or upon collection by you or an authorised representative. iHouzit is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product after it delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.
