Artemisia Herbal Tea and Javanica Herbal Tea Combo - Pack of Four 50g Teas - Tea Bags

Uses for Artemisia:
Traditionally used to relieve coughs, colds, fever, and eases nasal congestion. 

Uses for Javanica: 
It is traditionally used to treat influenza, lung infection, skin disorder. This plant is also said to be effective against fever, especially in cases of malaria.

For Steaming:

Use a combination of Artemisia and Javanica loose teas as a steaming method to open up your nasal passage and airways.

Boil 2 litres of water and add 2 tablespoons of loose Artemisia Herbal House of IndiZA tea and 2 tablespoons of loose Javanica Herbal House of IndiZA tea. 

Place the combined tea mixture in a bowl or basin, use a towel over your head to cover yourself and the basin or bowl and breathe in the aromas from the teas.

Steam every morning and every night before sleeping.

For Drinking:

Drink tea as and when you feel. Drink each tea separately on its own. 

TEA BAG:

• Use one teabag per cup. Add freshly boiled water, allow to brew for 3 minutes.
• You may add honey for sweetening.

LOOSE TEA:

• Add 1 tablespoon per cup, allow to boil for 3 minutes and serve.
